Blake Street Terrace - David J. Erb was the President and a stockholder of the developer of Blake Street Terrace in 1985. The project incorporated the 100+ year old National Biscuit Company factory - where hard tack biscuits were baked for the settlers and miners pushing west through Denver. Adding a new parking garage and office tower, the project totals over 90,000 sf of first class space in LoDo - one block south or Coors field.

Mayan Theatre - David J. Erb, as the president and a stockholder of Landon Investments, remodeled the historic Mayan Theatre into a 3-screen movie theatre leased to Landmark Theatres.

Larimer Corporate Plaza - David J. Erb & Company was the development manager for the complete interior and exterior remodeling of the old Barclay Plaza, and repositioned the asset as Larimer Corporate Plaza for his clients.

Smoky Hill Shopping Center - David J. Erb & Company was the managing partner for the development of the 13 acre shopping center at Smoky Hill and Tower Roads in Centennial.

257 Land - David J. Erb & Company was the managing partner for the 501 acre mixed use zoned land located at the northeast corner of CO Hwy 7 and I-25 in Broomfield, Colorado.  This parcel was sold prior to implementing the development plan for $19.5 million.
