Description – Hampton Corporation’s President, David J. Erb, acquired the historic National Biscuit Corporation bakery building in downtown’s Denver’s historic LoDo district along with contiguous one-story building. The one-story building was demo-ed, and a 10-story tower including a parking garage on the lower floors was constructed, and integrated with the historic building via a shared elevator core fitted into the old building and continuing up the face of the new building. The combined building totaled 90,000 square feet of rentable office space and contained 120 parking spaces within its integral parking garage.
