Abilene Station - A transit oriented development in an urban setting at the 2nd and Abilene Station along the I-225 Rail Line now under construction. Abilene Station offers building pads for apartments and condos consisting of four story construction with structured parking contiguous to the rail station. Convenience retail will be located within the station plaza. The potential also exists for office building and hotel sites. Light rail connects Abilene Station to Denver International Airport (20 min.), the Fitzsimons bio-medical campus (2 min.), the Denver Tech Center (10 min.), and downtown Denver - Union Station (30 min.).
